WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most orders ship same day if placed before 2Pm PST, However, please allow up to 72 hours before checking on your order as we may be waiting for an item to return to stock. If we do not ship to you in the 72 hours time frame you will be notified by email of the delay and be given an expected ship date.
HOW DO I CHECK ON THE STATUS OF MY PACKAGE?
When your order ships you will receive a shipment confirmation in the form of an email. If you have not received a notification past 72 hours please don't hesitate to reach out to us at info@vixenscanada.ca.
ONCE SHIPPED WHEN I CAN EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Most domestic orders are shipped by Canada Post priority mail with standard 2-3 days in Canada however, depending on shipment costs some orders may be shipped with a slightly longer delivery time. Your shipment tracking information will be sent with your shipment confirmation email.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED BUT I DON'T HAVE IT?
Unfortunately we have no control over your package once it leaves our warehouse. That being said it does occasionally happen that Canada Post makes a mistake or some less honest person helps themselves to your delivery. So what can you do?
1. Check in and around up and down and with your neighbors to see if your package was misdelivered close to home. This is often the case with missing packages.
2. Submit an online MISSING MAIL HELP REQUEST to Canada Post to help locate the missing items.
3. If you have done the above and have not been able to locate your package after 7 business days please email us at info@vixenscanada.ca and we will help to find a resolution.
